At Academia Buenos Aires, we take student feedback seriously. If you encounter any issues during your stay or would like to raise a concern, your first step is to speak with us at the reception desk. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

In addition, Academia Buenos Aires is a member of SEA, Argentina’s language school association. SEA offers a “Student Protection” program that safeguards the rights of students studying Spanish as a foreign language. Through this program, students at affiliated schools can provide suggestions, file complaints, or share feedback regarding their experience in Argentina.
