- You must have paid your course and accommodation fee on day 1 of school
- You can pay in cash (USD, Euros, Pesos), by bank draft or by credit card.
- We do not ask you for upfront payment or deposits unless specified by email. Rental apartments are a definite exception to this rule.
- Payments made to the school cannot and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. We do offer the possibility to postpone your classes or to use any credit towards friends, relatives or students who have not yet signed up for classes.
- The only rebate we offer is toward travel partners who pay half price.
- Prices include taxes and other duties.
- Prices include study materials, at least two extracurricular activities per week, unlimited tea and coffee, internet access, level tests, exams, diplomas, etc.
- Prices for housing include cleaning once a week and sheets and towels.
- If necessary, students can change host families or shared apartments once without charges. Ask at reception and we will make a new proposal within 48 hours.
- If for any reason, academia cannot provide a paid service in total or in key parts, the client is given the possibility to ask for reimbursement of the part of the service concerned. An exception to this rule are cases of force majeure or general strikes.
- Academia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice in case of unforeseen events such as (but not limited to) tax increases or government intervention.
